I’m thankful for Pastor Mike acting like a second grandfather to me every time I need it, and for the Gibeault’s for giving me rides every Sunday to church when I need it!
I looked at all three sites this morning and they all look nice. Sarah has done a really nice job on building these sites. I am glad all your sermons are on these sites and helping many people. Love you.
I agree with some of the replies, if anything such stories draw me to God’s Word.
My brother in law had five heart attacks within a 40 minute period and was paddled twice. Now this guy has never been near God, let alone close, but when he talks about what he saw it’s just amazing.
Heaven is a very special place and I don’t know if we indeed are given the opportunity to see it once in a while. I do know it is a place where I will see loved ones again and will one day live in pure love.
Wanted to wish you and your wife a blessed Christmas filled with His peace and love. Hope you are feeling well and I’m truly blessed to read your ongoing sermons. You remain in our thoughts, love and prayers.
I still remember the gift you gave me of “One Step Closer” several years ago and keep it at my bedside. Elvira became a strong Christian role model to me through something she never would have chosen to go through.
I wish that I could donate the book to a library or two, or a thousand, but I know that, like Elvira, I will need the wisdom found in its pages repeatedly throughout life.
All I can say to that is this: I would be nothing but a puddle without God in my life. He carried my husband and I through the difficult process of grieving the death of our youngest son Brian. Anything that I had to say in that little book that was of any value to anyone else HE GAVE ME. Being able to pass it on gives Brian’s death meaning to me. Just like in a relay race the baton is now yours to pass to others. God bless you as you do!
