A CONVERSATION WITH GOD

“Tell me, God! The Bible says that you’re all loving, powerful and wise, I would like to know why it is that you allow horrendous evil to occur in this world, evil such as ISIS putting people in cages and burning them alive or beheading their other victims? Why don’t you put an end to it? And how about the way you allow thousands of women and children to become sex-slaves, not only in the Middle East but also in the Western world? Then there’s genocide, ethnic cleansing, incest, rape, torture, pedophilia, abortion and euthanasia, not to mention natural disasters such as blizzards, earthquakes, tsunamis, typhoons, and erupting volcanoes resulting in countless deaths and injuries causing so much pain, suffering and misery! Not only are homes destroyed, but also, disease and starvation is rampant in many parts of the world. Come on now, the Bible says that you’re an all loving, and all-powerful God, a God who is infinite in wisdom. If that’s a fact, then why don’t you put an end to this evil!”

“Those are great questions, my friend. Allow me to answer by asking you a question. Everyone who believes in my Son, the Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, a person who has accepted His gift of eternal happiness, is able to approach me in prayer in a split-second, so to speak. At the moment, I’m simultaneously having conversations with over three billion Christians throughout the world and countless others who are already in Heaven. I’m also having conversations with a countless number of my holy angles and archangels wherever they may be. Now here’s my question, do you understand how I’m able to accomplish all these things?”

“Of course not. It’s impossible! No one can!”

“And neither can any human being understand why an all powerful God who is infinite in wisdom, a God who has a love for human beings, the magnitude of which is impossible to calculate, why He allows such horrendous evil to occur in the world you live in.

I love you, my friend! Please trust me as you endure your latest divinely ordained trial!” Amen.
