Special Prayer Request
Hello OLDFIVEPOINTER.com friends and family.
Pastor Mike/Mike/Grandpa wanted me to let you know that he would very much appreciate your prayers. He has been in the hospital since Saturday with horrible back pain that kept him from being able to get out of his bed, leaving them with no choice but to call an ambulance.
At the hospital he is being given special care, working with physical therapists to see what the best course of action will be. Due to the degeneration of his back and thoracic compression fractures, he cannot wear a back brace to steady himself, thus creating a bigger challenge.
He is meeting with case workers to decide if he should go to a rehab center for a few weeks to recover. More on this when more information is known.
Please keep him and my grandmother in your prayers as he goes through this difficult time.
